Chocolate Chips Muffins


2 large eggs
200g low protein flour/ cake flour
160g plain greek yogurt
90g fresh milk
75g caster sugar
80g corn oil
10g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
20g chocolate chip (unsweetened)
2 tsp baking powder
                                       1/4 tsp baking soda

Mix the eggs and sugar together followed by oil. Mixed all 3 items well.  Add in fresh milk and plain yogurt together. Sifted the flour and mix together with the egg and yogurt by using the spatula. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liner until 60 to 70% full.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven 190 degree for 10 minutes.
Bake the muffin for about 15 to 20 minutes.
