Wu Pao-Chun Champion Toast
吴宝春金牌土司
300g Bread flour (高筋面粉)
24g Sugar(糖)
198g Fresh milk (鲜奶)
1 tsp Salt (about 3g) (盐)
1 tsp Instant dry yeast (about 3g) (即发干酵母)
14g Unsalted butter (无盐牛油)

Place all ingredients (except butter) into the breadmaker machine. Make the selection of the programme. As I am using Kenwood BM250 model, select 750g loaf, light crust and programme no.1. It will take about 3 hours and 18 minutes to complete the baking process.
Add in unsalted butter after about 30 minutes of the kneading process.
Let the breadmaker do the rest of the job.
